Role as an Independent Travel Advisor (Agent): Adventures Getways acts solely as an independent travel advisor and an agent for various independent third-party travel providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, car rental companies, and ground transportation providers. We do not own, manage, operate, or control any of these third-party providers.

2. No Liability for Third-Party Actions: By booking travel services through Serene Shores Travel, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such third-party providers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. This includes, without limitation, any liability for:

• Cancellations, delays, changes in schedule, or specific travel arrangements made by third-party providers.

• Loss, damage, or theft of luggage or personal belongings.

• Accidents, illness, injury, or death during travel.

• Any additional expenses incurred due to delays, cancellations, or disruptions by third-party providers.

3. Information Accuracy Disclaimer: While Adventures Getaways  endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding travel products and services, including pricing, availability, and destination details, this information is often provided by third-party suppliers. We cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of all such information. All details are subject to change by the respective providers without notice. It is your responsibility to verify all details prior to confirming any booking.

4. Force Majeure: Adventures Getaways shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God (e.g., natural disasters, adverse weather), war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, epidemics, health emergencies, strikes, technical failures, or transportation disruptions ("Force Majeure Events"). In such events, refunds and remedies will be subject to the policies of the third-party travel providers.

5. "As Is" Basis: All services provided by Adventures Getaways, including our website and any advice or recommendations, are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Our Own Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adventures Getaways's total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by us (excluding the actions of third-party providers, for which we disclaim liability as stated above) shall be limited to the total amount of service fees actually paid by you directly to Adventures Getaways  for the specific service from which the claim arose. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and well-being during travel, including adherence to all local laws and regulations, personal conduct, and the selection of appropriate travel insurance.
